We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we absolutely loved our experience. The location of this place is fairly close to downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available to ensure our comfort. We were also impressed by the wide range of amenities offered, including grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also had tours and ticket assistance, allowing us to easily plan and book activities during our stay. The room itself was well-appointed, with ironing facilities, heating, and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace and taking in the beautiful views from there. The dining experience here was exceptional, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and an in-room breakfast option. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were also great places to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel even had a picnic area with tables, which we took advantage of for a lovely outdoor meal. the staff, amenities, and location of this hotel made our stay truly enjoyable.

The weekend was fantastic. the spa was a great way to relax, and the hot springs pool was not crowded at all. the attentive staff, who spoke English, made it even better. the breakfast was the best we had in Colombia, with fresh fruits and juices, and there was a log fire in the restaurant to keep us warm in the cool early mornings. the view from the room was picturesque, too.
The coffee could have been better, however; it was not to our taste.
