Mixed feelings about this
The thermal pool was a perfect relaxation spot, and I truly loved the local cuisine served—especially the cazuela and arepas. The friendly and welcoming staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is a bit remote from Paipa and not quite adapted for guests with mobility challenges, which might be an issue for some.

I stayed in a Double Room for 1 night and found it super comfy. The room had a heat radiator that really helped on the cooler night. Everything was well equipped, and the ambiance felt cozy. The only drawback was that they didn't clean thoroughly—just made the beds and no fresh towels unless you asked. But overall, a nice space to relax after enjoying the thermal pool.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and serene.
During my stay, the cleaning services were frustratingly poor. The rooms were only minimally attended to. they just made the beds and didn’t change the towels unless specifically requested. Moreover, the hot water in the shower was incredibly unreliable, turning cold in the midst of a shower, which was really disappointing.

Historic charm with excellent dining
The property is absolutely stunning, rich in history and beautifully maintained. I loved the onsite chapel and mini museum, adding a unique touch to our stay. We celebrated my son's birthday, and the staff went the extra mile to decorate the table, which was a lovely surprise. The varied breakfast options, especially the local cuisine, were a delightful way to start the day. However, I wish the cleaning could have been more thorough, as we only had our beds made and had to ask for clean towels.
